The Superpath Team at Pantheon 2026

ServiceTitan Pantheon brought Superpath to Orlando October 5–7 for three days of connecting with contractors, strengthening industry partnerships, and showing how we help home service businesses connect their marketing to real business results.

After months of preparation, it was rewarding to see everything come together. Our booth, technology demonstrations, putting challenge, and website giveaway created opportunities to meet contractors and introduce them to the people behind Superpath.

What made the experience especially memorable was the energy throughout the event. Everywhere we went, we connected with people who were rooting for the trades and working to help contractors succeed. That shared purpose carried through the show floor, the keynotes, and the conversations that continued long after the scheduled events ended.

Bringing 9 Superpath Team Members Together

Pantheon gave 9 Superpath team members the opportunity to come together in person, something that takes intention and coordination as a remote company.

With team members representing leadership, sales, marketing, client services, and ServiceTitan consulting, we brought a range of perspectives to our conversations with contractors. A question about marketing could lead to a discussion about call handling, booked jobs, reporting, or the systems a business relies on every day. Having colleagues with different areas of expertise together helped us explore those connections.

It also gave us time to connect with each other. Working alongside teammates at the booth, sharing meals, and experiencing the event together made Pantheon meaningful for our own team. Those moments help strengthen the relationships behind the work we do every day.

A Booth That Brought People In

Our putting challenge brought friendly competition to the show floor and gave attendees an easy way to strike up a conversation with our team. Nearby, our demo area offered space to explore ION and talk through business questions in more detail.

We also hosted a giveaway of two websites, each valued at approximately $15,000. It added excitement to the booth and opened conversations about the role a strong website plays in turning homeowner interest into inquiries and booked appointments.

Whether someone stopped to take a putt, ask about their marketing, or see our technology in action, we appreciated the chance to get acquainted. Each interaction gave us an opportunity to hear about a contractor’s business and understand what they were working toward.

Connecting Marketing to Booked Jobs and Revenue

Live demonstrations of ION, Superpath’s reporting platform, were a central part of our Pantheon experience.

Contractors need to understand what their marketing investment produces. ION brings marketing performance and lead activity together so they can see where inquiries originate and what happens after a homeowner reaches out.

With Revenue Intelligence, connections to field service management systems such as ServiceTitan help tie marketing activity to actual revenue. During our demos, we showed how that visibility can help contractors understand which channels contribute to booked jobs and revenue, recognize opportunities that need attention, and make more informed decisions about their spending.

Walking through the platform in person made those conversations tangible. Attendees could ask questions as we demonstrated the technology and consider how the information could support decisions in their own businesses.

For our team, that’s where reporting becomes valuable, when a contractor can understand the numbers and use them to decide what to do next.

Supporting the Systems Behind the Results

Our in-house ServiceTitan specialist, Steve Sartino, joined us at Pantheon to discuss the operational side of marketing performance.

Campaign setup, attribution, workflows, and data quality all influence how clearly a contractor can understand results. The way information moves through ServiceTitan affects what a business can learn about its leads, booked jobs, and revenue.

Superpath’s ServiceTitan support and consulting help contractors strengthen that foundation through setup, training, reporting, and ongoing guidance. Having Steve at the event gave attendees the opportunity to discuss those details and connect them to their broader goals.

Together, our ION demonstrations and ServiceTitan conversations showed how marketing, technology, and internal processes work together to give contractors a clearer picture of their businesses.

Strengthening Partnerships Across the Industry

Pantheon also gave us valuable time with organizations that share our commitment to supporting contractors.

We enjoyed dinner with Blue Collar Success Group’s leadership and team as we began our new approved partnership. Sharing a meal and personal stories reinforced how closely our values align, particularly around caring for our teams, building trust, and doing right by the businesses we serve.

The event also helped solidify our partnership with JB Warranties as an approved vendor. Connecting in person gave us the opportunity to strengthen that relationship and look ahead to how we can work together to support contractors.

These relationships matter because each organization brings a different kind of expertise to the trades. Getting to know the people behind them helps us build partnerships with a clearer understanding of our shared goals.

An Industry Rooting for the Trades

Meeting contractors was a highlight, and so was feeling the collective enthusiasm of a room full of people invested in their success.

That connection extended well beyond the booth. It showed up in late-night conversations at the bar, on bus rides to Disney Springs, during the Kelly Clarkson concert, and throughout the keynotes. We met like-minded people, exchanged stories, and found common ground in places where a formal introduction might never have happened.

Pantheon knows how to bring people together. The combination of learning, celebration, and time to connect created an experience where relationships could develop naturally. We left with a deeper appreciation for the community surrounding the trades and the people working every day to help it grow.

A Proud Moment for Superpath

Pantheon was also a chance to see the work we’ve put into the Superpath brand throughout the year come to life.

From our booth design and messaging to the way our team welcomed attendees and demonstrated our technology, we were proud of how we showed up. Seeing the brand represented in that setting, and hearing positive feedback from the people we met, made the preparation especially rewarding.

Many hands contributed to that experience. Planning, creative work, content, technology, giveaways, travel, and logistics all came together through a team effort. Having 9 colleagues there to share in the result made it even more meaningful.

Thank you to every contractor, client, partner, and industry colleague who spent time with us in Orlando. Whether we connected over an ION demo, a putt, dinner, or a conversation on the bus, we’re grateful for the opportunity to get to know you.

We came home proud of our team, excited about our partnerships, and ready to continue the conversations that started at Pantheon.
