After six months of conversations, getting to know one another, and working through a thoughtful vetting process, Superpath received an exciting call in October. We had been approved as a partner of Blue Collar Success Group.
Blue Collar provides coaching, training, tools, and resources for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses, helping owners develop their teams, strengthen their operations, and grow. Their focus on supporting the people behind these businesses makes this partnership especially meaningful to us.
Throughout the vetting process, we talked about what partnership means within Blue Collar, what they expect from their partners, and how Superpath could contribute to their members’ success. Their team also connected with shared clients, including Paff Electric & Solar to hear firsthand about their experience working with us. We’re grateful to those clients for speaking on our behalf and helping build the trust that brought this partnership to life.
Getting to Know the People Behind the Partnership
While attending ServiceTitan Pantheon, we had the opportunity to sit down for dinner with members of Blue Collar’s leadership and team. Joining us were Chris Crew, President; Chelsea Crew, Operations Director; Janet Wopinski, Vendor Partner Manager; John Janzen, Training & Events Specialist; and Callen Kusmik, Lead Business Coach.
Representing Superpath were Ryan Files, Head of Sales and Marketing; Nathan Yates, COO; Michelle Nieset, Chief of Operations and Strategy; Terri Matheson, VP of Sales; and Lauren Hawkins, Director of Marketing.
Sharing a meal gave us time to exchange stories and connect on a personal level. As the evening went on, we found common ground in our business values, the care we put into our relationships, and the importance of treating our teams like family. We left dinner excited about both the work ahead and the people we would be doing it with.
Learning Alongside the Contractors We Support
That dinner set the stage for Blue Collar’s twice-yearly Acceleration Days event, held this fall in Orlando. Superpath was proud to sponsor the welcome reception and vendor show, and we also spent time in the training sessions alongside Blue Collar’s members.
Experiencing those sessions firsthand gave us a deeper appreciation for how much Blue Collar pours into its community. We were grateful to sit in the room, hear the guidance contractors were receiving, and better understand the priorities they would take back to their businesses.
That involvement matters to us. Being an active partner means showing up, listening, learning, and supporting the work our partners do. Hearing the same messages as their members helps us connect our own expertise to what those contractors are working to accomplish.
Connecting the Training to Real Business Numbers
After a day of training, we joined the vendor show, which Janet shared was their largest yet, with roughly 50 vendors. It was a busy few hours at the Superpath booth, where we had the opportunity to connect with contractors and demonstrate ION, our marketing dashboard, and its Revenue Intelligence functionality.
Those demonstrations connected directly to the business metrics Chris had discussed during his presentation. We could show contractors how to see their booking rates, connect marketing activity to revenue, and identify opportunities for follow-up and growth.
Having ION available to demonstrate made those conversations tangible. Contractors could see how the numbers discussed in training could inform decisions in their own businesses, from understanding which marketing channels produce revenue to recognizing where opportunities need more attention. It also gave the Blue Collar team a firsthand look at how Superpath can support the guidance they provide to members.
Our partnership officially began in October, and that first month gave us plenty to look forward to. From the conversations around the dinner table to learning alongside members and meeting contractors at our booth, we began building relationships we’re excited to continue.
Thank you to the Blue Collar Success Group team for welcoming us, to the clients who helped us earn their trust, and to everyone who spent time with us at Acceleration Days. We’re honored to be part of this community and eager to get to work together.
