In July, Superpath’s Cole Willis, VP of Sales, and Ryan Files, Head of Sales and Marketing, joined Air Engineers’ central Alabama territory managers for a day of golf and conversation at Timberline Golf Club in Alabama.
The outing gave our teams time to strengthen relationships, talk about what’s happening in their territories, and hear how Superpath is helping their dealers grow.
Strengthening the Partnership with Air Engineers
Over the past year, we’ve built a strong partnership with Air Engineers by making time for conversations like these. Territory managers work directly with contractors every day. They hear the challenges, understand the goals, and see where the right support can make a difference. Spending time alongside them helps us understand how to better serve their territories.
Helping Dealers Navigate Marketing Challenges
For Blake Weaver, Territory Manager in Northwest Alabama, a recurring question from contractors was simple: How do I get the phone to ring more?
“Honestly, Superpath came in at a good time,” Blake shared. “We sat down, had a consultation, and from there I could tell these guys had measurable ways to grow businesses and be more visible. Whether it was AI, Google, and all the ways in between, all of that is measurable with Superpath.”
That need for clear, measurable support was a common thread throughout the conversations. For some dealers, the first step was building an online presence. For others, it was finding a partner who could bring their marketing efforts together and take the pressure off their territory manager to find every solution.
Perry Tillman, Territory Manager in East Alabama, described working with dealers who didn’t have a website or Facebook page, while others had ideas they needed help putting into action. Finding the right resources often fell to him.
“Superpath came along, and it’s basically been a one-stop shop for several of my dealers,” Perry said. “I’ve seen consistent growth.”
Measurable Results That Matter
The conversations also reinforced how much results matter. Dealers invest both time and money in their marketing, and they need to see that investment translate into opportunities for their businesses.
Territory Manager David Shoemaker shared that a previous marketing relationship hadn’t delivered the results his dealers were looking for.
“Then we partnered with Superpath, and the numbers started going up and through the roof,” David said. “Whether it’s leads, more installs, more service calls—it didn’t matter. It was going up.”
Giving Dealers More Time to Grow
Beyond performance, TMs spoke about the value of giving dealers more time to focus on running their businesses. Having a marketing partner they trust means one less responsibility competing for their attention.
“I’ve had super positive feedback from the dealers that have been working with Superpath,” said Territory Manager Nate Pass. “The biggest thing for them is giving the reins over to somebody else so that they can focus on building their business, focus on their people, and focus on all the aspects beyond marketing that they deal with day to day.”
Hearing that feedback firsthand is why we keep showing up. We invest time in getting out into the field, asking questions, and listening directly to the people we support. What we learn helps shape how we work with territory managers and the dealers who count on them.
A round of golf creates space for those conversations to happen naturally and for relationships to grow beyond a scheduled meeting or a screen.
That’s Driven by People in action. It’s understanding the person behind the business, following through on what matters to them, and continuing to find ways to be a better partner.
Thank you to the Air Engineers team for joining Cole and Ryan at Timberline and sharing your experiences with us. We’re grateful for your trust, your partnership, and the opportunity to support your territories, on and off the course.
