Enhanced Backlink Reporting
So, what are backlinks, and why should you care?
Backlinks are simply links to your website that live on other websites. Why are these good? Because if you get a reputable, relevant website to link to your website, like HomeAdvisor.com for example, your online reputation can increase, meaning you'll appear more often when homeowners search for your services, whether they're searching on Google, Bing, or ChatGPT.
We help clients build and improve their backlinks every day, and because of that, we've enhanced the backlink section of our ION Marketing Dashboard so that our clients can much more easily see what backlinks they have, what websites they're from, how important each one is, and backlink trends over time.
SEO Geogrids
So, what are SEO geogrids, and why should you care?
SEO geogrids show you a visual representation of what services you show up in Google Maps for and in what part of town.
For example, in ION, we can set up and track searches such as "residential electrician near me" and see how well you appear in Google Maps for that particular search in different parts of a particular city or geographic region.
Once we set this up, we can track changes over time. And what can be tracked and measured can be steadily improved. By tracking this data, we can better plan and strategize based on your specific business goals.
Do you want to see how well you rank in Google Maps for a search term like "best AC repair near me" in northwest Dallas? We can do that. And once we have that data, we can make a dedicated effort to improve your ranking for that term in that geographic region as part of an overall holistic marketing strategy.

AI Visibility
I don't know if you've heard of this thing called ChatGPT, but a lot of homeowners are asking it questions like, "Find me the best electrician near me," or, "Find me an HVAC company with the best reviews."
Until now, it's been difficult to track how clients appear, or don't appear, in answers to those questions on ChatGPT and other AI platforms homeowners use.
But now, with our recent ION update, we can.
As a Superpath client, you'll have access to an entire section of ION dedicated to showing you how well your brand appears in AI results, what kinds of questions you appear for, how many of those questions result in visits to your website, how you stack up against competitors, and more.
