Distributor Marketing Roundtable Brings Industry Marketers Together in St. Petersburg, Florida
Collaboration is one of the most powerful tools in marketing.
Recently, Superpath had the opportunity to join the annual in-person Distributor Marketing Roundtable hosted by Air Engineers in St. Petersburg, Florida. The event brought together marketing leaders from across the HVAC distribution industry, including teams from Holt Supply, Meier Supply, Crescent Parts, ARC Supply, and Star Supply.
The Distributor Marketing Roundtable meets quarterly, giving marketing teams a dedicated space to share ideas, discuss challenges unique to dealers and distributors, and learn from one another. Topics range from campaign performance and event planning to emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving expectations.
A Day Focused on Learning and Knowledge Sharing
This year's annual in-person gathering provided a valuable opportunity for face-to-face collaboration and deeper discussion. Superpath was honored to be invited to participate and contribute to the conversation.
Representing Superpath were Ryan Files (head of Sales & Marketing), Michelle Nieset (Chief of Strategy & Operations), and Kate Tillman (Sr. Customer Success Manager). Together, they led discussions around several key topics impacting distributors and dealers today, including:
- How Superpath supports distributors and their dealer networks through strategic marketing programs
- Practical applications of AI for dealers and distributors
- How Superpath leverages AI within campaigns, workflows, and reporting
- The importance of clean, accurate data and maintaining data integrity
- A look at ION, Superpath's proprietary business intelligence and reporting platform
Beyond presentations, the event encouraged open dialogue among attendees, creating an environment where marketers could exchange ideas, ask questions, and share what's working in their organizations today.
Behind the Scenes at Air Engineers
One of the highlights of the day was a behind-the-scenes tour of Air Engineers' facility and warehouse operations. The walkthrough offered attendees a closer look at the logistics, processes, and infrastructure that help support contractors and customers throughout the region.
For Superpath, experiences like these are invaluable. The more we understand the day-to-day realities of distributors and dealers, the better equipped we are to create marketing strategies that drive meaningful business results.
Capturing the Energy
Superpath Videographer and Editor Alex Kiker was also on-site, capturing the conversations, collaboration, and energy throughout the event. The content gathered will help showcase the importance of industry partnerships, education, and knowledge sharing within the distributor community.
Ending the Day with Great Food and Great Conversations
After a productive day of learning and collaboration, Superpath hosted attendees for dinner at BellaBrava in downtown St. Petersburg. The evening provided another opportunity to strengthen relationships, continue conversations, and connect with fellow marketers outside of the meeting room.
Why Events Like This Matter
At Superpath, we believe some of the best ideas come from bringing people together. While technology, data, and AI continue to transform marketing, relationships remain at the center of meaningful growth.
We're grateful to Air Engineers for hosting this year's event and to all of the participating organizations for their willingness to share ideas, experiences, and insights. We look forward to continuing the conversation at future Distributor Marketing Roundtable meetings.
