I bring over three decades of experience across design, the skilled trades, and digital technology.

I spent 11 years as a Production Manager in the graphic design and pre-press printing world, where I oversaw end-to-end production, workflow optimization, and quality assurance. After that, I moved into the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industries, gaining 10 years of hands-on experience in highly technical environments.

For the past decade, I’ve been part of the Superpath team, serving as the Head of Website Development and Support. In that role, I led initiatives combining performance-driven design, SEO, and marketing automation to boost brand visibility and business growth.

I’ve recently transitioned into a ServiceTitan Consultant role at Superpath, where I’m able to merge my background in design, technology, and the trades to help clients get more out of their software. ServiceTitan is an incredibly powerful platform for scheduling, CRM, and operations, but many businesses still underuse its marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement features.

My focus is helping clients integrate ServiceTitan with their digital marketing efforts, optimize campaigns, automate follow-ups, and leverage data insights to drive leads, conversions, and long-term growth. With my combined experience in operations and digital marketing, I help teams not only use ServiceTitan effectively but turn it into a meaningful driver of business growth.

As the Director of Customer Success at Superpath, I lean into my greatest strengths – relationship building, adaptability, and strategic problem solving – to help our clients achieve real, measurable results with their digital marketing. Over the past ten years, I’ve worked closely with dozens of businesses using ServiceTitan, giving me a deep understanding of how to align marketing strategy with operational systems in a way that actually drives growth.
